My goal was to depict the harmony between nature, individuality, and urban life. By intertwining Austin’s cityscape with vibrant floral patterns in the silhouette of an elegant woman, I sought to reflect how personal identity and urban environments can coexist and flourish together.

Anna Ganina is a Ukrainian born artist residing in the United States whose paintings have been featured in numerous solo exhibitions nationally. Through her art, she uncovers and celebrates the symbolism of daily life. Employing varying mediums, Ganina plays with light, color, and texture, creating multi-layered surfaces in the exploration of her subjects. She utilizes acrylics, cement, marble powder, cheesecloth, and wax in her artistic process.
