Born and raised in the industrial wastelands of New Jersey, Justin Smith has always sought to make sense of his surroundings through art.
An early fascination with how industrial pollutants and social pollutants can alter our inherent natures with monstrous results combined with a lifelong love for comics books, as well as science fiction and horror films. Years of studying a wide array of creative disciplines have coalesced into a unique visual language and a passion for painting.
