Get to Know the Austin Artist:
Seems like I’ve always wanted to create artwork.
I was an art major in college, but really didn’t get into painting
until I was married and a mother of three daughters.
I remember staying up all night because it was the only time I had to myself to paint.

I started out using oil paint then switched to acrylics
while living in Colorado.  When I returned to Santa Barbara,
I painted with French Dyes on silk for 20 years.  Caught up in the
beauty of the area, I returned to acrylics and landscape painting.
I hope you’ll enjoy using the piece as much as I had in doing these paintings.
